Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product does not match the online description

Conditions

To qualify:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Methods

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Original payment method (processing time: 5–7 business days)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • “Change of mind” after order has shipped

  • Customer misuse or accidental damage

  • Clearance or discounted items (optional—your choice)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the customer changes their mind → Customer pays return shipping
