2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 5 to 21 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.


3. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.


6. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds can be issued as store credit or to the original payment method.


7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48–72 hours with a photo or video of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or solution immediately.


8. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect → BetterLife™ covers return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns → Customer covers return shipping.
